On Becoming a Leader

Leadership, much like any other trait, could be easily taught. However, it goes beyond a few trainings to done, books to be read, or titles of leadership to be held, before it manifests for people to acknowledge you as a leader.

In my experience, being a leader is all about how each action you take, is driven by a deeper desire to do the right thing, in the moment.

But in order to build upto displaying leadership in the moment, it takes all experiences, including the setbacks and lessons we learn from it, to get distilled into principles that you apply, in the moment.

That is why there is so much variety in who a leader is, and there is no one way to becoming one. Each way is just as sure to make you one.
